For a single occupancy it is £90 per night, for 2 people it is £160 per night, including breakfast.

In our family room we have a bunk bed suited for two children 12 or under

Please note that our rooms are located on the upper floor, and are only accessible via a flight of stairs.

The terms & conditions detailed below apply to all short breaks and holidays booked via this website. When you make a booking, your contract will be with The Quay Inn (Famous 10 Ltd) Office, The Quay Inn, The Quay, Wareham, and Dorset, BH20 4LP.

All rooms are offered subject to availability.

Pricing

Prices quoted are based upon two people sharing a twin or double room per night. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, your price is guaranteed upon booking. Room Only prices include colour TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities, ensuite Shower Room

Meal Arrangements

All bookings include a complimentary full traditional breakfast with tea or coffee.

Single Guests

Individual guests using a double room are charged the standard double or twin room rate.

Children

Up to 2 children under the age of 14 years, can have accommodation when sharing a room with 2 adults.

Guests with impaired mobility

Access to rooms is by a flight of stairs and due to the age of the building there is no flat access area.

Pets

We are sorry but we do not accept any dogs or animals in our accommodation

Car Parking

Car parking is available in the General car park and is meter charged by the local Authority of which we have no control over. (Not available on Saturday until 17.00 hours)

Checking in and Out

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

General Information

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in any brochures and websites, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any information featured in the brochure should we find such alterations necessary. The Quay Inn cannot be held responsible for events beyond its control including acts and omissions of its suppliers (such as fire, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems and transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary which is caused as a result of such events.

Booking Information

To book accommodation of your choice you can book by e-mail, visit or call by telephone direct 7 days a week.

Your booking will be treated as an offer by you to enter into a contract with The Quay Inn on these terms and conditions (and any alternative terms and conditions provided by you shall not apply). We have the right to reject your booking and no contract will exist between you and The Quay Inn unless and until The Quay Inn confirms acceptance of your booking in writing or by accepting payment from you. An automated email acknowledging receipt of your booking shall not be treated as acceptance of your booking.

Payment/Cancellation

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings should be paid for by credit card or debit card. (Please have your card details ready when calling by telephone).

All bookings are pre-paid and non-refundable.

Cancellations & Amendments

We reserve the right to accept the changed arrangements as notified, make alternative arrangements with another accommodation provider, cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of monies paid.

General Terms

We shall not be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, indirect or consequential loss or loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death or personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

If any provision or right under these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable then the remaining provisions or rights under these terms and conditions shall be unaffected as if such invalid or unenforceable part did not exist.

These terms and conditions contain all the terms and conditions between you and us regarding your booking. No representation, undertaking, warranties or promise shall be taken to have been given or implied except as set out in these terms and conditions or implied by law. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

Even though any contract between you and us or an accommodation provider relating to your booking is concluded over the internet or by telephone, you agree that it has been concluded in England in writing. Any such contract will is governed by English law and you and we accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall give any right or benefit to any person who is not a party to it.

Complaints or Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at The Quay Inn should be made to the General Manager at the time of the visit so that it can be resolved on the spot. Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to The Quay Inn, The Quay, Wareham, and Dorset, BH20 4LP
